THE PROGRAMME

WHAT PARTICIPANTS EXPERIENCE

Six phases.

One continuous arc. Ninety minutes.

PHASE 1

Arrival & grounding

Spatial orientation, breath, attention to the body as it is. Regulated presence, not performance.

PHASE 2

Effort & weight

Structured exploration of effort qualities. Reconnection with physical sensation in a guided, safe context.

PHASE 3

Spatial sequencing

Movement through defined spatial pathways. Cognitive engagement increases.

PHASE 4

Relational dynamics

Paired and group sequences. Practising presence, reciprocity, and being witnessed.

PHASE 5

Expressive range

Broader movement exploration within the safety already established in the room.

PHASE 6

Integration & close

Return to stillness. Gentle reflection.

What your organisation should ideally have.
