Six phases.

One continuous arc.

2 Hours.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS EXPERIENCE

Phase 1 — Arrival & grounding
Spatial orientation, breath, attention to the body as it is. Regulated presence, not performance.

Phase 2 — Effort & weight
Structured exploration of effort qualities. Reconnection with physical sensation in a guided, safe context.

Phase 3 — Spatial sequencing
Movement through defined spatial pathways. Cognitive engagement increases.

Phase 4 — Relational dynamics
Paired and group sequences. Practising presence, reciprocity, and being witnessed.

Phase 5 — Expressive range
Broader movement exploration within the safety already established in the room.

Phase 6 — Integration & close
Return to stillness. Reflective drawing, and gentle reflection on what surfaced.
